RPM refers to revenue per thousand views. It's a dollar figure that we use to express how much you earned averagely per 1000 monetizedvideo views on your channel.

CPM stands for Cost Per 1,000. It is a term used by YouTube advertisers to outline how much it will cost them every time a particular advertising action occurs 1,000 times. For example an advertiser's cost may be $30 for every 1,000 true-view advertisement that is watched in its entirety, in this case their CPM would be $30.

CPM is not shown on your report. It should not be confused with RPM (Revenue Per 1,000), which is what is used to show how much you earn per 1,000monetized channel views in your report. CPM will not be shown anywhere on your report.
